Added support for gpt-4 models

You can now select the perfect model for your usage. The extension supports all available models, including gpt 3.5 turbo and gpt 4.

How to update:

1. Back up any custom buttons or commands in the premade ChatGPT deck in SAMMI, e.g. the INIT button.
2. Download ChatGPT 2.0.sef file.
3. Install the extension. When SAMMI asks you to replace it, press yes. When SAMMI asks you to replace the deck, press yes.
4. Replace the new INIT button with the one you backed up, or simply fill it out with your credentials again.
5. You’re back in business!
