1.1 update to fix duplicate events

1.1 update fixes duplicate Ko-fi events being triggered in SAMMI if you do not refresh your Bridge each time SAMMI starts up.
How to update:
- Back up any custom buttons or commands inside the premade Ko-fi triggers deck
- Download the new .sef file
- Install the extension. When SAMMI asks you to replace the deck, press yes.
- You’re back in business!
