Update to support SSML

The extension has been updated to support SSML for Google Voices. By settings the Input Type field to ‘manual’, you can feed it with a SSML query in the Text box now, such as:

<speak>Hello world. <say-as interpret-as='ordinal'>10</say-as></speak>

Note that the extension does not check the input, so make sure you’re feeding it with the correct SSML query.

How to update:

1. Download the new sef file
2. Install the extension and press yes when SAMMI asks you if you want to reinstall it
3. Press NO to replace your decks - no changes required there
